So I was thinking and then another thought crashed into that thought and well now I have a great idea!! Ha I'm sure somebody else has done it cause it's brilliant, it straight up takes the thought out of, what do I put in this container? It makes meal prepping a synch!!
Ok so what I already do (when I am organized) that's 1/2 the time is I make a list of every thing thats in the fridge & pantry and create meals, it's great to do with fresh food so you know it's there to eat. As I was thinking, I had the brilliant idea to color cordinate that list to the 21DFX containers so then you can pick your meals the night before or however you do it with out waiting till a quarter past hangry to decide what's going in the containers lol- can you tell I've been there? Lol
So this most def isn't everything on the 21day fix, but it's everything I have in my house that's on the diet. So it's essentially a color coordinated list to your personal groceries. I think it will take the last minute guess work (that can sometimes lead to handfuls of goldfish) out of the picture. After all preparation is key to staying good in the kitchen, hopefully this helps a few of you. I think it will me!
