Ha, so Wednesday the mailman delivered 21 day fix EXTREME in my mailbox, OH YEAH!! I have been waiting for it's release for atleast 6 weeks. So it's been a long time! I have been prepping for it because I heard it's the 21 day fix bumped up a few notches. The day it arrived I had already worked out, so later in the evening I watched (yes I said watched) plyo extreme, ha I had to see what I signed up for, lol!! It looks so hard haha but I am so down!! I ended up doing hardcore extreme and that it was. I know this program is going to give me the results I am looking for. Thursday I decided to sync up the schedule to the regular 21 day fix and do pilates extreme oh my gerd haha I felt like my muscle were going to rip out of my skin, my whole body got a serious workout, Autumn the instructor used resistance bands the whole time and it was crazy challenging but doable it hurts so bad lol. Last night I did cardio extreme it kick my butt haha I felt like a car that had been parked after going 100mph down the e-way, I haven't been winded like that in a long while. I think this program is exactly what I need for reaching my goal of getting abs. I feel muscles building as I am working out tonight I plan to do Dirty 30 extreme, sounds like a perfect ending to my Valentines Day!! ;)

Pic on left is me day 1 of 21 day fix, that program is what started my journey. My body has changed that much in 4 short months. It took hard work and dedication but nothing good comes easy, and that's the truth. All those baby steps and small choices really do add up. I am so thankful I stayed consistent and kept pushing.
